Small talk

Have you ever been in a small talk. Small talk ...is talking about others secretively. Trying to form opinions, passing judgements about others. Small talks mostly are only perspective, but it is perspective that counts. People have their own agendas of small talk. Some try to make friends, some want to get along with influential people.

It is difficult for some people to engage in small talk but necessary at times. It is an evil sometimes to engage in it. Small talk is always for the third person singular. Singular you know why, and I hope even you know third person why. Obviously we cannot talk to each other like that. Not even a hulk would bear such a mess.

There are positive aspects of side talk, it increases comaraderie, and understanding. It also increases human relations. The thing about small talk is that it is considered girly. But that is not true even men engage in small talk. All lobbies, all teams and all community, or groups engage in such activity either over phone, or face to face or behind backs.

If you ask me why people engage in small talk is because they feel important to behave in groups. A man has to engage in small talk if he has to belong in the group, or else he will be separated and casted out of the discussion. It is also some form of sacrifice from people to engage in small talks.

Small talks can be good because it leads to consensus in decision making, but not always right. It takes into consideration different views of different people and somehow make the final statement more conducive and hearable to every one.
