Don't kill skills.

Demand dies but skills don't. If we consider any product in the shop, they are a mix and match of many skills put together. They are very specialized skills and can run only as long as the product or services can run. Skills are the closest to men and women who do them. Ask any craftsmen and he will never give you the secret of his skills. From this we know that how skills are dear tio them.

The only wrong thing we have done is we have divided a skill of a genius into many parts. We have become good at replicating the skills of a genius and produce products and services that one man could build. Just look at your computer. Is it not easy to convince yourself that a genius might have built it. Now look it is so easily being manufactured by incorporating few more hands. We are making and reproducing products every minute and every second.

Skills take a long time to develop and produce great works and services. So 'Don't kill skills'.
